The Royal Oaks HOA Section 1 board is a volunteer group of Royal Oaks residents that monitor services such as community area grass maintenance, subdivision electrical lighting system, architectural project management and storm water facility inspections/maintenance. The board members contribute to the quality of life in our community and act as liaisons on county matters and projects.

Approved ARB Applications are required for all external projects only. This list is not all inclusive; examples of the most common projects/modifications include changes to the exterior look of the residence, removal/addition/changes in design of decks or patios, addition of or changes to outbuildings/sheds, installation of pools/solar panels, landscaping (as per the application specifications and covenants), driveway modifications, etc. The Resident or their contractor are required to attain all required county permits as needed prior to beginning the project(s).
ROHOA SEC1 ARB Application can be downloaded via the below portal. Please fill the application out with all required information to include the projected project completion date, confirmation that Miss Utility will be contacted for digging/excavations, confirmation of county permits (as applicable), etc. Send all applications to the ROHOA Section 1 email address below. It will be routed to the ARB Lead and review (approval/disapproval) will be accomplished within 30 days.
All correspondence received via email or P.O. Box will be routed to the appropriate HOA Board Member by the Webmaster for review and response if applicable.

Please send real estate document requests (e.g., HOA documents, dues status) to the ROHOA Section 1 email address above. These requests will be forwarded to the Treasurer for review.
To avoid underground infrastructure damage (e.g., electrical, gas, cable, etc), residents should ensure that Miss Utility is contacted at 811 (national call-before-you-dig phone number) if excavators, contractors and property owners are planning any kind of excavation or digging.
